Trip Reaper brings movement, vehicle condition, operating costs, and driver access together while keeping infrastructure credentials away from everyday users.
Compatible installed GPS units report through the Trip Reaper receiver into the assigned fleet environment. Dispatchers can see the latest vehicle position and movement state without drivers configuring Gateway addresses or service credentials.
Capture journey start and end, measured distance, elapsed time, average and maximum speed, GPS accuracy, and detailed route points when map recording is enabled.
Keep different vehicle types in one fleet while retaining each vehicle’s mileage, fuel types, service history, tracker assignment, and operating records.
Track service work and schedule one-time, recurring calendar, or mileage-based reminders for maintenance, inspections, insurance, and taxes.
Record fuel or charging, consumption, maintenance, tolls, parking, accommodation, and other journey expenses with vehicle and currency context.
Enterprise control panel
Platform remains the organization's control room. Authorized managers decide who can use Trip Reaper, generate single-use registration codes, and connect each eligible person to the correct fleet environment.
How vehicles connect
Drivers and installers use the vehicle page. They do not need access to internal Gateway addresses, Transport credentials, or receiver control-plane secrets.
Create or open its garage record and assign a compatible device by IMEI.
Use the receiver host, port, protocol, and codec shown on the vehicle page.
Positions and journeys are stored in the correct owner-scoped Transport environment.
